7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 We do offer a returns service if a product is damaged or fauly in any way please contact us to discuss the mattter and a full refund will be offered.
7.2 If you wish to cancell a order please contact us and this can be corrected without any problem or charges being incured.
7.3 Refunds will be offered if items are damaged, faulty or due to not arriving.
8. Delivery and Estimated Times
8.1 We offer a next day delivery service if orders are placed by 3:00pm otherwise they will be dispatched the following working day.
8.2 Items are either sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded where a signature will be required or via Our Couriers which depends on parcel size. This would also be a next day service
8.3 Even though we offer a next day delivery service at peak times parcels may take longer to arrive so please allow 2 days before contacting us as to the whereabouts of your order. At which point we will happily chase this up.
